Can not get full screen view!

I have been using XnView for long time, and there was no problem....but suddenly i cant get the full screen view, around 25-30 pixel gap is always there on top with a part of the current image,

earlier pressing esc. used to exit the full screen mode, that also is not working...

i tried installing the latest version yesterday...but it did not work..

what should i do?

i would appreciate any help
