Batch Convert: Is Edit Color Map possible

Batch Convert: Is Edit Color Map possible

I have a load of images that i want to convert to convert to colours and then recolor two colours. I can batch convert to color no problem. However I can't see how I could change the colors which i would do manually by using the Image --> Edit Colormap functionality. Is it possible to use the Edit Colormap functionality in batch mode?

Currently you can't edit colormap in batch convert...

thanks for the response Pierre. Do you know of any software that would do this? Preferably freeware or shareware..
