scanned files not saved
Hi,
I am using a HP scanjet 5590 with the HP commercial driver and Windows XP professionell. Using XNView with a restricted user, I first got an error message that file c:\scan1.jpg cannot be saved. After granting full access to c: this error message is gone. Now scanning seems to work at first sight, but although no error messages appear, the scanned files are not saved. I have no idea, whether the problem is caused by XNView or the HP driver or something else.
Changing the user to admin-rights everything works perfect.
I appreciate any solution to solve the problem or to track it down.
Thanks a lot
Rolf

scan files not saved
Hi Pierre,
the scan works fine with single originals and automated document feeder. No error messages occur. After the scan is finished, no files are saved in the destinated folder.

scanned files not saved
Hi Pierre,
if the user account is a administrator account everything works perfect. After changing this user to a restricted user account with full access to volume c: the problem with the not saved files occurs.
