Orientation of User defined selection not changeable

When using selection, one can easily swap the orientation of the selection by pressing the Tab key (or choosing Edit > Selection - Swap width & height).

When reloading a user-defined selection size the selection is restored properly, but swapping width & height is not possible. I think swapping width & height should be always possible.

From what I can see this is fixed in 1.90 Beta 1. --> Closed
