Start batch convert with selected file in viewer

If you start a batch conversion or a slide show, you will have to select multiple files. So I think it does not matter much whether there is one file in the list already or not. As written before this file might even bother people that do not want the current file in their batch conversion or slide show.
I think introducing menu items for this is an overkill. From my point of view the menu items just added in beta 2 should be removed, again. You might argue that they don't bother much, which is true, but any ballast not bringing real benefit should be avoided.

empty
current file

all images from folder
all images from folder and subfolders
browse...
I think it could be useful. However, I also consider this feature as a minor improvement (and I am not convinced by the beta 2 implementation...
