resizable properties windows (ALT-ENTER)

hi folks,

the properties windows (ALT-ENTER, if viewing an image) should be resizable (or, at least bigger), so that the user can view/real ALL the EXIF information at once and not has to scroll up/down on every picture he wants to see the information.

+1 (yes, the preview pane can show a very high exif info, but this needs much more clicks than ALT+ENTER)

Moreover, CTRL+TAB does not rotate through tabs but behaves like normal TAB.
