Vista and tags

Can I search and organize pictures by keyword tags that I added using Windows Vista? Thanks

I'm not sure that vista write tags in IPTC, but in a private db

Can I remove XMP metadata without removing EXIF metadata? I would like to copy XMP keywords to IPTC. Vista write tags in XMP but it can also read IPTC keywords.

With Clean dialog, you can remove XMP

With Clean dialog, you can remove XMP
XMP can't be removed withouth removing EXIF. I don't want to loose EXIF. (Edit> Metadata> Clean> EXIF/XMP)
