Thumbnails won't update when file timestamps are changed. Thumbnails only update when image dimensions are changed. Can this be fixed?

How to reproduce this bug?

- make an image in paint and save it
- youll see the thumbnail in xnview
- now make changes to the image such as scribbling and save
- youll see xnview doesn't update the thumbnail for the changes

I cannot reproduce this. Is your change big enough to show up in the thumbnail?

I tried with paint and Photoshop and the thumbnail was updated every time (TIFFs and BMPs - no compression).

Simplest test is just to flip the image horizontally. That way you know it is a big change in a thumbnail.

- i made a small .bmp file with ms paint
- generate thumbnail in xnview
- now draw a big dot in that .bmp file and save
- xnview doesn't generate a new thumbnail
