1.91.6 crashes when opened (Vista 64-bit)

I removed the prior version, then did a clean install of 1.91.6; as soon as the program is opened, it freezes, and a pop-up window declares "XnView for Windows has stopped working."

When xnview start, open the browser. Next time, xnview will start in this folder.
