Drop down menu empty

Hello,

I use Windows XP style for the menu. When I click on any entry, like File or Edit, the drop down menu rolls down and presents the sub-entries. If I click a second time the same the list vanishes. So far so right. Now if I click a third time on the same entry, the menu opens again as expected, but is empty. From here on it stays empty until you open a different drop down menu.

Hmm, strange behaviour which I cannot confirm, here. Which XnView version are you using? Which Windows platform do you use (XP, 2000, ...)?

Windows XP Home, XnView 1.91.6 german. The problem does not occur with the simpler menus, means 'Windows XP style' deactivated in Options.

• I can't reproduce that issue either.
- Here, if I click a second time on the same open menu, it closes, that's the normal behaviour in Windows.
- A third click reopens the menu, as it should…

• Just “In the case“, please verify if you have a file <xnview.exe.manifest> - 640 bytes -
set in the folder of XnView (in the root, not in any sub-folder)…

- XP-Pro - SP1 - French-English
