can not support unicode?

Can XnView add a plug-ins to support unicode?

Hello !

• XnView doesn't support Unicode (yet), and that can't be solved with any plug-in…

- That needs to rewrite almost the whole codes, not a piece of cake.

• It's indeed planned for a future version, but only the (single) Author can tell you when that starts…
- The Multi Platform version (on Alpha stage currently) supports Unicode, please see its section here in the forum.

i love xnview very much~
but it can not support unicode...it is so pity...

Hi, just wanted to add to the fact that you cant read files with Chinese characters in the name without unicode.
I used to work at a software company, so I know that implementing unicode is no small task. I hope that it can be done soon though so that I can look at my files and folders with Chinese words.
