F4 key to open a local program?

Hello,

I like to start a program over a shortcut. On my system is no function, when I press the “F4” button. Is it possible, to make a connection between the button “F4” and my own program ?

F4 use default editor from windows explorer

You have open with (Atl+1/2/...)
