[newby] two "search" questions

Post by hman »

[New xnview user, I tried looking around but didn't find the answers]

Is it possible searching for multiple kind of files at the same time ? Something like "*.jpg *.gif" should find gif and jpg files, I didn't find the syntax for that.

In the browser, after a Search->Browse, how can I return to the current directory ? I'm using "change into another directory"->"change back into the previous directory", is there some shortcut for getting back a normal directory view ?

Thanks

Currently it's not possible

In next release, you'll have a history button to go back to previous folder

Err... yes?
The first icon on the left above the "file list pane" should be a "Back" icon, with the default Skin of 1.95.3 a bluish/violet arrow to the left.
