Print to exact Form

Hy there,
how can i print to an exactly position on a CD-form.
The Position to print to is 1,6 cm from the top and 4,6 cm from the left side.
The print always go to 2,0 / 5,0 cm.
What is wrong in the program?
With IrfanView i have no problem!

Sorry, the exact distance from left side is 4,2 cm and 1,2 from top to print to the CD-Label.

I scan a CD-Label and want to print to a CD-Label-Paper.
There are two labels on one DIN-A4 paper.
Each label is 4,6 cm from left side and 1,6 cm from the top.
After scanning in 300 DPI i have the print-layout-menu to "dpi". The printer layout is A4.

Which settings do you use in print dialog?

In the print layout menu are these settings:
- Page Layout: single dpi
- Margins: 4.6/1,6/0,2/0,2
- Units: cm
- Position: left-top
- Gamma: 1.00
Try it on your own.
Take a little picture and try to print it at an exact position of the paper. It is impossible.

What margins do you obtain? I've tested and have 4.6 & 1.9 (???)
