Create Webpage: 'No thumb.html in Directory'

Post by DamBuster »

Hi I've a question - because I just returned from the home page because I have downloaded new version Xnview.
I just wanted to use the function of the webgalery and had to notice that only the default templates work.

If I use a different template folder [e.g. C:\XnView\WebTemplate\Visuddhi - Lightbox [red] ] with the click on the Select button , choose the wanted director and then click on START, I get the following error.
In this presentation folder is missing the file "thumb.html!" [/ B] (translated from German)

But there is a thumb.html file in the folder!
XnView can somehow just not open or find it.

Has anyone of you an idea?

I have the same problem as posted above that xn cannot see the html file in some of the template folders. But it has no problem in other template folders.

I didn't understand what Pierre meant (and I could not find any other folder for templates other than Program Files/XnView/Web Templates.

Also is there anywhere I can go to learn ow to modify/make templates for XnView?
