From ACDSee I'm used to make a selection with left mouse and then zoom it by clicking inside.
Why is this possible only in Viewer mode and not in Fullscreen mode?
Both right and left mouse buttons only move in Fullscreen.
BTW Why can't unregistered users search the forum?
How do you make a selection and zoom it in Fullscreen?

Re: How do you make a selection and zoom it in Fullscreen?
Thank you very much for your quick response.
I have Left Button set to "Make Selection" but it only makes the selection when in Viewer, not in Fullscreen mode.
Of course I'm talking about version 1.96.
BTW Is there a way to make XnView display thumbnails for .RAM files? It does so for .RM files. When I rename the .RAM to .RM it shows the thumbnail, so perhaps it's just an extension setting?
Which setting is it?xnview wrote:You can change the settings in option/General/Keyboard-mouser7pkz8sctjn6x90 wrote:From ACDSee I'm used to make a selection with left mouse and then zoom it by clicking inside.

How does disabling SEARCHING for unregistered users prevent spam? Perhaps you thought i said "writing on the forum" instead?xnview wrote:We have problems with spamsr7pkz8sctjn6x90 wrote:BTW Why can't unregistered users search the forum?

Can you please get help me with the zooming issue?
Re: How do you make a selection and zoom it in Fullscreen?
Selection is accessible in viewer's fullscreen. Press <F11> in viewer or change options:r7pkz8sctjn6x90 wrote:Which setting is it?xnview wrote:You can change the settings in option/General/Keyboard-mouser7pkz8sctjn6x90 wrote:From ACDSee I'm used to make a selection with left mouse and then zoom it by clicking inside.

General>Operations>Mode when starting with a file [Fullscreen - Edit]
General>Keyboard/Mouse>Switching Modes>Use Enter to switch between [Browser > Fullscreen > Viewer]
General>Keyboard/Mouse>Keyboard/Mouse>Left button use in selection [Zoom in]

Too bad that like this I have to press ENTER Twice to go back to the Browser from a zoomed image.
