Post by Strumpf »

Hi, i am using XnView for browsing organizing, classify, my fotos, and to do some small corections.
Later i open picture in PhotoEditor which is not Photoshop, so...
is it possibile to import picture directly from XnView to The Gimp, for example?
Note, i want that XnView is still default Image viewer

While working on an image in XNview, it is automatically held in a temporary folder as a BMP (example C:\Documents and Settings\~\Local Settings\Temp\test2.png.bmp). If I want to use 'File/Open with', the target application opens a BMP. This is OK unless you want to pass on transparency. Is there a setting that allows temporary images to be saved automatically as PNG instead of BMP?

I'll add a setting
