Accessing "Image Number" in EXIF data for rename

Post by Guest »

I love this program!!!

The batch rename has many fields you can insert into the new name, but I can't find a field to capture the "Image Number" which exists in all Canon EXIF data. Properties on the image I see:

:
Camera Manufacturer : Canon
Camera Model : Canon PowerShot S30
Orientation : top-left (1)
X Resolution : 180
Y Resolution : 180
Resolution unit : Inch
Date modified : 2008:04:30 21:49:00
YCbCr Positioning : centered (1)
:
<snip>

White balance : Sunny
Sequence number : 0
Picture info : IMG:PowerShot S30 JPEG
Firmware version : Firmware Version 1.10
Image number : 398-9821

:
Compression : 6
X Resolution : 180
Y Resolution : 180
Resolution unit : Inch
Thumbnail offset : 2036
Thumbnail length : 5779

Any ideas how to do that?[/b]

I also see this issue. I can not find "Makernotes" under EXIF-Image section. By the way, that section should be sorted since it's a long list.

I searched in all other sections and can not find that image-number or the makernotes you suggest.

I have a sample image if you want I can email to you.
