JPEG quality slider moves the wrong way on keyboard input

It doesn't make sense to look at it in terms of "clockwise", since going clockwise around a clock (which leads to increasing numbers) results in moving in every direction (right, down, left, and up).

I think the proper way to think about this is in terms of a two-dimensional graph (think back to high school). The numbers on the x-axis increase as you move to the right and the numbers on the y-axis increase as you move up. Hence, the act of increasing a number should be associated with moving right or up.
