"I don't know how to read" creating PDF (multi)

Post by eL_PuSHeR »

Hello.

When merging multiple PDFs via "Create multipage file", Xnview will throw an error message saying that "I don't know how to read" certain PDF when reaching a multipage one. The option "All pages/images" is ticked.

Here is one small example PDF. Try to merge it to others...

Best regards.

EDIT: Forgot to say I am using v1.96.5 under WinXP.

Yes, I have ghostscript 8.70 installed.

Funny enough, Xnview can open the PDF file without problems manually. It even warns me it's a multipage one.

WEIRD! Try to merge this file with the previous one, it throws a "not enough memory" on my home computer.

PS - When I have time, I am going to do a CLEAN INSTALLATION and try again...

EDIT: After doing a clean installation, I get another different error.
