thumbnails problem, different image size

Someone can tell me why the thumbnails have different size? I post here an image about the problem

Some of them use embedded thumbnail, please enable option/Thumbnail>Create from original...

Last help, why when I close XnView I see at the top of the program that show all the name of the image that I have see in the last session? I think XnView remember and have open a tab for every pic that I have see and when I close the program the tab are closed. Can I didable this option for speeed-up the program?

If you want to view/edit one image at a time, there is: Options>View>[x]Only one window view opened.
