The upper image apparently has been palettized (saved as GIF ???).
The filename shown on link (jpg) doesn't match image format, GIF. Which did you want to use?
Both are JPG. This doesn't mean that the upper one couldn't have been a GIF at some time in the past. To be on the safe side and avoid loss by GIF palettization or JPG artifacts, save your images as PNG next time
The picture was taken by my camera and the format is JPG.
When I opened it in XnView, I found the effect is different from that in windows explorer. The first picture which has been pasted above is the screen shot in XnView. The second one is in windows explorer. It has nothing to do with the format. All the screen shot was taken in the format of JPG.
