view blp file error

I Love Xnview. it's very convenient.
Recently,I use it to see blp file.

first file:

second file:

it's bluish.

when i convert first blp to tga by other converter,
the converted image cannot be saw on xnview ,too.

but i can see the image by others (ex:photo impact,Picture Viewer)
