I cannot find anything if I set databse option into Search windows.
I am almost sure that the folder where I am searching is cached (I checked it with SQLite Browser, into Images table).

What do you search? Perhaps you can send me some samples files to test?

For exemple, I tried to search 'date taken' exif field. I tried also to search xmp.city field. The search is ok (and very fast) if I unset 'database' option. The same search fails if I set 'database' option.
