Convert Slide Show back to images?

Is there a way to convert a slide show (.exe) file back to individual images?

I hope there is - but I fear there is not...

with which version do you have created it?
With 1.97, you can press E to save pictures

One of the previous versions, unfortunately - because "E" does not work.
