I recently got a Windows 7 - which doesn't have those handy-dandy photo downloaders of yore, just crappy windows downloaders. Can i download my photos directly into XnView? If so, how?
Thanks

Re: Can I download photos from my digital camera?
There are two versions of XnView Media Detector available:
- v1.61: http://download.xnview.com/XnViewMediaDetector.zip (1'073'152 bytes)
- v1.70: http://download.xnview.com/XnView-win-full.zip (1'171'456 bytes)

Thanks Xn Triq The first media detector is the one that won't unzip for me. The second one I don't understand. It looks like a list of various XnViews. I don't see anything about a media detector. Maybe i don't know how to read/interpret the list - ?

Hello OO
On the bottom of the official download page it says:
@Pierre: Could you please update http://download.xnview.com/XnViewMediaDetector.zip to the latest version?

On the bottom of the official download page it says:
If you download XnView-win-full.zip, extract XnViewMediaDetector.exe from it and put it in the directory of your current XnView installation (usually C:\Program Files\XnView\), you should be able to call the utility from the Info menu.
@Pierre: Could you please update http://download.xnview.com/XnViewMediaDetector.zip to the latest version?
