slide show Photo adapted to the resolution of the monitor?

I have many photos with different resolutions, I would like to see which are nice to bring the resolution of my monitor (1920x1080) I thought of using the slide show but it haven't the function for show the image adapted to the monitor resolution

But you have sent me XnView folder, not an image + sld file
