Error Copy Paste on some PNG

Hello,

I can't copy (STRG+C) Paste (STRG+SHIFT+V) some PNG's correctly in 1.98.
They are displayed wrong, like you can see here:

On the left side the original image with the selected cut-out and on the right side the image pasted with STRG+SHIFT+V




- it's black/white
- a strange vertical line
- a strange dotted line bottom


Any suggestions?

It's okay thanks, I've installed an older version meanwhile.
But I can approve the "Freezing on close", too.

Same problem with a shifted image while copy & paste, but I used a jpg:
