Convert Hemera .hpi to png/tiff/?? with alfa-channel/layer?

I'm a Mac-Osx user (latest ver.)
I'm trying to convert my Hemera image Catalog's to a Mac-friendly format (with alfa channel).

How do I do that? (I'm a novise and my english suc"#%)
The Hemera Fileformat is .Hpi -with alfa ch.

Yes, all the images are visible in the XnConvert as thumbnails
I want to convert 100.000 .hpi images to alfa ch. compatible format (Mac)

I do not know how to use the XnConverter / it's settings to convert .hpi to other alfa-ch. compatible format.
There is nothing wrong with your software! (as far as i can tell)
