MP 0.38 Win: Some images NOT drawing in "Spotlight" -weird

Hi,

The majority of image files I have tried (lots) have worked just perfectly with "Spotlight" feature in drawing spotlight. I have even created spotlights on an 6870x5028 resolution pic (on my dual-core Win 7 machine) with normal results.

However, and this is weirdly, two pictures I load in XnView MP is not allowing me to create the actual spotlights (spotlight toolbar + functions display as normal) but spotlight cannot be drawn.

..extract and load either one of the two image files in MP and try to draw a spotlight with the selection

..and this is my xnview.ini settings file (just to be sure)

Could the issue be related to the image dimensions/pixels, or could it be the specific colors or each picture.. hmmm
