exiftool cannot support UNICODE

when I check exif of images,I fing that images with UNICODE filenames or paths cannot be recognised by exiftool.
Would you please make exiftool support UNICODE?

In Windows, ExifTool will not process files with Unicode characters in the file name. This is due to an underlying lack of support for Unicode filenames in the Windows standard C I/O libraries.

If you don't have EXIF tab, your file has no EXIF data
