0.39MP / resize "keep ratio" is broken

Resize/resample/keep ratio doesn't work ('keep ratio' is ignored).

However, if you enter the numbers by hand, it seems to work...

PS: I also noticed that drag n' drop doesn't seem to work in Folders. I know it doesn't in Favorites (though I think it should, it makes things much, much easier).
