Oneclick resize

Hi, for social networks i'm constantly doing few general options with photos:

- resize to 1280x
- save to desktop with 90% compression jpg.

Instead of walking throught menues can i have button on toolbar:

So im just opening photos, press this button and have converted photo on my desktop.
