Load the saved file after save.

I agree, but far as I know, when this option is on and you save example a bmp to jpg the filename changes, but the actual file isn't updated (The same bmp remains and the jpg isn't loaded). This is good in some cases, but there should be a option to load the saved file.

So I want a option "After 'Save as' Load saved file" but that option should be crayed out when "After 'Save as' change filename" is not checked.
