I like the user interface of XnView better than IrfanView.
However, I tried EVERYTHING I could possibly find and I could not get XnView to open / view images in windows 2000.
I set file types to OPEN via XnView in the Win 2000 Tools / Folder Options. Nothing happened.
No preferences I could find in the program either.
Not the viewer I want to use if Double-Click to view won't work. Wish it did, I like the work done so far.

Which key value do you have for HKCR/XnView.*? (if you know registry)
Pierre.
There is a FAQ "How to associate image files with XnView".
No helmut, in 1.80 first release there was a bug in setup, and a bad key was created.helmut wrote:There is a FAQ "How to associate image files with XnView".
