Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash
Sorry, but it's still doing the same thing. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same thing. I am using the "Setup Win 64bit" download link under "Installer for Windows".
Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash
As a follow-up, I tried downloading the Windows 64-bit zip version and that works fine, so I'm assuming it's an issue with the MSI (exe) packaging. Hope that helps.

I'm using XnView 1.4.0 MP on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) and I have the same issue. Is there a fix for Linux as well?

Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash
Just downloaded and installed latest .deb on Linux Mint. Confirm crash after select GPS tab.

Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash [Solved]
I'm running fedora 37 and XnViewMP 1.4.0 64bits and this is still occuring. I have tried uninstall/reinstall, but flathub version keeps crashing while clicking GPS tab. I can see from about, that this version was compiled Dec 12 2022, and there is no newer version available,
Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash [Solved]
Unfortunately, Pierre cannot produce Flatpak versions himself, so when an issue is fixed there may be a delay -- sometimes in the past quite a long delay -- before the new version is available in that format...aapeli wrote: Sat Dec 31, 2022 7:42 pm I'm running fedora 37 and XnViewMP 1.4.0 64bits and this is still occuring. Are you able to install one of the other downloads?
Re: 1.4.0 MP: Windows 64 GPS crash [Solved]
No, there is only one version available. Anyway, this is not a major issue for me, I can wait for update. and other features of xnviewmp are working fine. Maybe I could install new version somehow, but for me this is currently not a showstopper. I can continue with 2022 pictures categorization!cday wrote: Sat Dec 31, 2022 8:36 pmUnfortunately, Pierre cannot produce Flatpak versions himself, so when an issue is fixed there may be a delay -- sometimes in the past quite a long delay -- before the new version is available in that format...aapeli wrote: Sat Dec 31, 2022 7:42 pm I'm running fedora 37 and XnViewMP 1.4.0 64bits and this is still occuring.
