1. Start Thumbnail viewer
2. Select 2 pictures with the same size and thing
3. Move the mouse in the middle of one picture
4. Move the mousewheel up or down for zoom in/out
5. The pictures of comparison windows show different areas of the same picture!

- mouse wheel - zoom to the cursor
how to deal with images of different sizes - all images shall be treated as imge of max size,
so just position small image in the middle and add extra space to match biggest one.
Now you can zoom to mouse cursor witout issues.
- keyboard +/- - zoom the the center

it's not easy, when fixing this issue, the only way is to zoom to the center.
