I've found a dozen old wallpapers in the xnview folder today, I suppose xnview needs these files to turn back to the previous wallpaper after you have changed it (a feature I adore...).
However, even not many files can take as much as 60-70MB space, as in my case.
So I'd like to know why all ...

Could this be possible? IMO, I think it is very intuitive and convenient.

Now Xnview has the ability to assign folders and pictures to categories.
My suggestion is: can we expand the category treelist if there are folders in it?

For example:
If I add Folder-1, 2, 3 to Categore-1, I hope the categore can be expanded while I click on it.

Here are the steps.

1. Select a file or some files to copy/move.
2. The copy/move dialog with folder tree pops up.
3. I select the root directory, the Desktop.
4. The "New folder" button at the left-bottom corner grays out.

I think it should be a bug, the button should be enabled.

I suppose to drag and drop the tagged files to categories to add, but I failed.

I think this is a useful function that XnView misses, would you consider to add it?

Check this suggestion : 'Fit in' resizes the picture so that it fits entirely into the specified area (+empty borders) whereas 'Fit over' resizes the picture so that it fills the specified area (+extra borders cropped).

In v1.90, the Resize function has an option called "Fit over (W or H)".

Since I enable "Always" and set suffix to "_###",
the 2 filenames I highlighted should be 2006-12-04_001.jpg and 2006-12-09_001.jpg.

I don't agree. I see a difference between:
- 12h20 A , 12h20 B , 12h21 C , 12h22 D ... you would get with the normal filename template
- 12h20 A , 12h20 B , 12h21 A , 12h22 A ... you would only be able to get with the duplicate template AND 'always'
(notice the 'restart' of index at each change ...
