I don't know is it light fullscreen or another one.


P.S. It would be useful for bug confirmation to be able to a) dump all the settings into a file, and b) populate them from that file.

Crash opening a file while another is opened in fullscreeen

1) Open a file with XnVew
2) Switch to fullscreen
3) Open another file from «outside», for example:

Win+R, Enter, «c:\bin\xnview.exe c:\file.jpg», Enter

4) the existing instance of xnview closes silently , so none file is viewable now, as result

Windows XP SP2, XnView 1.92.1

The files remains the same: they are two within the folder: one hidden and one normal.

Could you try to disabled option/view/misc/Read ahead?
This matters! I disabled "read ahead" and the crash has gone.

P.S. I delete files via Recycle Bin

1.96.1: Crash deleting a hidden file

1) Let there be at least two image files: one hidden and one normal
2) Open the hidden one with xnview
3) delete it with DEL button
4) the program crashes:

XnView for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

AppName: xnview.exe AppVer: 1.91.0.0 ...

Open picture dialog: "files of type" filter is bug

«Files of type» filter is buggy in the «Open picture» dialog:

1) run «Open file» dialog
2) move to folder containing both mp3s and images (+ archives & pdfs desirable too)
3) select «All Graphics Files» filter — something is filtered out , but I am still able to access mp3s, pdfs, archives

not fixed for me, the things get even worse a bit with 1.91

1) just opened picture has the same unexpected black background as it was before

2) pressing zooming out, background stays the same black (new behaviour)
