How to Pan with right/left arrow keys

I just downloaded Xnview MP. I am using it to view .dcm medical images. I need a way to accurately pan around these images in View Mode. I am aware of the small icon in the lower right of the View mode for panning, but it is not accurate enough. The up-arrow/down-arrow work fine for for up/down ...

Restoring and Retaining original photos

I am experimenting with xnview .51 on linux.

1. I modified a photo, saved it and then wanted to restore to the original. Is there a way to do this? I didn't see an undo.

2. When I modify a photo, I like to retain the original as well as the modified version. Some photo managers put a suffix on ...
