I am still not able to hide subfolders in the file list when "show all files (recursive)" is not activated.
Even if in settings>File list>Custom filter/folders: visible is de-activated, subfolders still appear in the file list.

On my german win8-x64 i have an entry in the shell/explorer context menu: "Mit xnview MP durchsuchen" (browse with xnviewMP). Trying to browse i get an error: "Anwendung nicht gefunden" (application not found).

But i thought of optional activation as a panel (instead of another one if less needed).

Are there thougths about implementing the IPTC/XMP dialog as a panel into the main interface (similar to Adobe Bridge), or at least some of the more important fields like caption, description, keywords?
