Although there are also GPS information in the videos, I don't get the GPS tab. Is there any way to enable that?
And here:

Re: Understanding of -buildexifthumb option
See the files attached. Only the file IMG_3355 has the an embed thumbnail in it (see screenshot; thumbnail created by camera). For the other two files it is not possible to add a thumbnail with for example

Understanding of -buildexifthumb option
Hello,
I have a question regarding -buildexifthumb.
I have some pictures for which the smartphone does not create an embed thumbnail. My target is to create the thumbnails so it is easier and faster to deal with the files.

Effect: AFAIK in one of the previous versions it was possible to move files from the main thumbnails to a folder in the "Favorites" tree. This is now not possible anymore - the icon is just a "forbidden" sign.

Re: 0.72: Two issues
Sorry, it is not reproducible. Now it takes much time for moving with both methods (context menu or drag&drop). When having a look in the task manager during the move operation, it seems, the file is copied locally before moving (I move between same network drive/same SMB share). And when having ...

0.78 Windows 10 - SMB - Open with not possible
Hello,
Whenever I try to open a file from a network share (SMB) with the option 'open with', the program is started, but the file/picture is not loaded. When I try it with a file located locally, it is working.
With 'XnView for Windows" it is working.
Regards,
foxy

Re: 0.72: Two issues
Hello again,
I've upgraded to 0.78 x64. Generally, moving is possible. However, when moving via context menu ('Move to'), a video is moved instantly. When moving it via drag&drop (shit button pressed), it is showing a dialogue which tells me, that the file is being moved, but with a speed of 2MB ...

Re: 0.72 2 issues
Same here. I first have to select video file for move/deletion (preview-playback was started already), then the normal Windows popup comes up and tells me, that file is locked, then I choose a different file in XnViewMP, switch back to Windows popup and select "try again".

Re: Problems of Playback of .mov-files
Switched to Win10 - problem resists.
But then I installed K-Lite Codec pack, now XnViewMP plays the video.
Even tough I cannot move video files any more (same like http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=31620 - I will reply there).

Problems of Playback of .mov-files
Hello,
After some time of using XnViewMP on Linux, I'm back on Windows. There I've installed both XnView and XnViewMP. Due to some features, I love XnViewMP more (wonderful program!), but I have some issues with the video playback of .mov-files. In XnView the files are being played perfectly ...
