Re: Missing filename when viewing photos from Nikon P900
Thank you Pierre,
I hope, it will be fixed in a future version.
Until then I can live with it. It only affects the unaltered photos as they come out of the camera.
As soon as I insert EXIF User Comments (with the program InfoGucker) the file name appears.

Missing filename when viewing photos from Nikon P900
Hello,
in 'Information Display', the file name is not displayed for photos from certain cameras.
This applies to the Nikon P900 and some Olympus cameras.
XnView Classic works fine.

Show information: Extra blank line
Hello,
in full screen view I show information on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Unlike XnView Classic, XnView MP always adds an additional blank line at the end (see pictures).
Is this a bug or is there any possibility that I can get rid of this blank line ?

Small format videos are not replayed full screen
Small format videos (e.g. 960 x 720 Pixel) are not enlarged to full screen (Options > Fullscreen > Auto Image Size > fit image to window, all). This is especially bad on a 4k display. Some videos are shown in nearly stamp size format.

Re: Issue with playback of 4k Videos
I also tried 'useInternalVideoPlayer=false'.but you have always useInternalVideoPlayer=true???
However as I already posted: This results in only a bright image being displayed for all video files except .WMV files.

Re: Issue with playback of 4k Videos
The attachment is an INI-list freshly made by XnView MP 0.99.7 without any changes by myself.
I may also send you the INI-list I was using before.
However, there is no difference in replaying 4k videos: Stop and go

Re: Issue with playback of 4k Videos
No. useInternalVideoPlayer=false does not help to let XnView MP play like Classic. If you use useInternalVideoPlayer=false, XnView MP use windows codec like Classic, it's not the case?
Windows Task Manager shows, that Classic uses the GPU while MP does not.

Re: Issue with playback of 4k Videos
Thank you for your help.
Now, by using 'useInternalVideoPlayer=false' nothing is shown at all. Only a bright image is displayed.
I found that this ist true for all my .MP4 .MOV and .ts2 video files.
Replaying of .WMV files - including 4k videos- works fine.

Issue with playback of 4k Videos
4k videos do not play smoothly. A 4k video will run for about one second, then stops for about one second, then continues for one second, then stops again, and so on.
To play the videos, XnView MP is running on my PC with Intel Core i7 under Windows 10. I don't think the PC is too slow to play a 4k ...
