Zoom to a defined screen-section while browsing

I have a lot of TIF-files, made by scanning old plans (road construction, architecture, ..). Sometimes I wan...

"Lesenzeichen" als Tooltip

Mini-Tippfehler:

Die "kleine Symbolleiste" zeigt auch den gelben fünfeckigen Stern - und der hat den Tooltip "Lesenzeichen" - ein "n" zuviel.

Automatic "Auto-crop" when viewing file

Regarding my suggestion for auto-crop in http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=14295 I want to make an additional suggestion: Now the auto-crop works only in "file-converting" function. It would be an improvement if there is an option " Display files using auto-crop-settings ". This is improta...

It is clear now: due to more tags, written by Xnview (and not written by the other software), the file size increased.

I have
"Colour: LZW"
"Black/White: CCITT G4"

"Only one strip" is not marked. If I mark it, I get immediatly the error "Not enough memory."

Thanks, now I could make a testfile. Question: I took a tiff, B/W, 400 dpi, CCITT G4, 89 x 350cm, 129 kB, and cropped it (background black). The result is a tiff, B/W, 400 dpi, CCITT G4, 89 x 235cm (correct cropping) , but 444 kB . Why? Suggestion: The cropping uses exactly the last pixel. It would ...
