Filter options in (any) of the XN products
Hi all, I'm in the middle of a new build and in the course of backing up my voluminous graphics files realized that what would be really helpful is if I could filter all my graphics where height = width — a square aspect in other words, typically for graphics that will be exported as icons — and ...

Styling File Extensions
Assigning custom colors to file extensions has been a great help to me in ThumbsPlus and it would be wonderful to see the option in XnView as well. It's incredibly useful while in the file manager for immediately, visually distinguishing (for example) what's a jpg , what's an animated gif , and what ...

Displaying only one type of file extension
If I can't figure out something this basic in 1/2 hour I obviously don't have a clue of what I am doing!
I just want to know how to display only one specific extension, in this particular case EPS. Help?

Re: SVG thumbnails of white designs
As I said in another thread, v. 0.81 DOESN'T display SVGs at all, but this is resolved in the beta of the upcoming version that you can find in the beta forum... but still no transparent background even in the beta version!
Awesome. Thanks for the update Shores. I'm hoping to avoid (either ...

Re: SVG thumbnails of white designs
You're lucky you can see them. The XnView MP Search finds all 510 of the .SVG files in my DVD folder, but won't display any of them.

Re: SVG is not working (MP & XN Convert)
Oh, I should probably add I'm still on XP Pro (fully SP'd). I have Windows 7 Professional; I just don't like it.

SVG is not working (MP & XN Convert)
I'm on my new computer build and just installed both XN Convert and XnView. I got the notorious Visual Basic runtime error on both applications, but a Google search pointed to webp.dll and I deleted both instances from my XN folders. Both programs run now, although I jumped to the conclusion that ...

Concise Dimension thumbnail view option?
I see the option to display Width and I see the option to display height.
What I'm looking for is the format eg. 1200 x 210 without descriptions of each value taking up precious real estate (like Width 1200, Height 210).
Thanks!
mw

Re: Simple question regarding search results
The feature is Folders and I would respectfully suggest the Developer adopt the same convention given that it is the universally-recognized term. Since the function is what I call a "Tier 1" hierarchical operation — meaning that the operation precedes so many other functions — the developer should ...

Re: Simple question regarding search results
Because this is a large volume of images I'm going to sample I've unchecked the option for looping: The Slideshow may run once; the Slideshow may not loop. That's set and works correctly; the desired outcome however does not , and I wonder if we could just forensically review the steps I'm taking. I ...
