Re: Exif Date - Date Taken

Hello, XnView Team With sadness I must report, that from version 0.88 and now 0.89, this feature is broken again. The browsing with folder sorted "date taken" is not working properly again, if image is taken with different camera. :( Browser skips files created with different camera, although with d...

Re: Exif Date - Date Taken

Tested now version 0'87 and everything looks ok. So I guess it is fixed. :D Me happy!
Will do some more testing in other directories too and inform if something comes up.

Keep up the good work and thank you.

Re: Exif Date - Date Taken

Great! Can't wait to new version.

Just to mention, found this problem in some other folders too. Somehow does not pick up all files. When you go forward and back a bit, than it goes well.
Let's see 0.87 :) Thanks

Re: Exif Date - Date Taken

I'll meniton again: when previewing folder in Browser mode, everything looks OK, images are sorted OK. But when I go to Viewer mode and scroll through images, some are skipped. Accidently or not, just in the part when the filename changes. And even that only in one part of folder. Other parts where ...

Re: Exif Date - Date Taken

In that case, if sort by name, everything is OK. But I don't wan't that, since Images are in that case put in two sections. Need "by date taken" to be working and not interfiered by file name. It's strange.... :-/

Exif Date - Date Taken

Hello! I'd like to clarify some things, since I am not sure if I understand. Example: I have folder of images, taken with different camaras through the same day and I wanted to have them sorted by "Date Taken". Not sure if "Exif Date" is the same feature, but if I sort by that, it looks normal. It c...

Re: Sort images by folder settings

I see. Too complicated to do it all the time, I guess. I'll just leave it sort by date taken. It works for most of my needs. Thanks for help.

Re: Sort images by folder settings

Yeah, I am familiar with up/down green arrows. But was curious if anything in this direction (by folder settings) would be even possible.
Hmm, does XnView remembers the sorting for each directory or just uses the last used sorting for all next folders I am going to look in?

Sort images by folder settings

Hello! I am interested if there is option in XnViewMP to sort images by folder settings? For example, I have most folders sorted by date taken, which is OK and also XnViewMP works OK with this. But I have couple of folders, where I put random images, which are postprocessed randomly, for uploading p...

Re: Way to minimise program in full screen using mouse

I have another solution for this, maybe easier one. If there is no option to add minimise button, maybe just an option (opt in/opt out) for a bottom Task bar to be seen, while using full screen view. So full screen view wouldn't stretch over task bar.

Thanks

Re: External discs starting, while opening full screen

I have set, that when I click on image in windows explorer, XnViewMP opens it in full screen. And every time I open random image, my external discs starts to "dance". It wouldn't bother me that much, but it makes a lag until image is open.
