Switching off the small toolbar in filmstrip layouts

Most of the time I need maximum height of my screen for showing prewiews in xnview using filmstrip layout. So I switch of all toolbars.

:bug: When I switch off the small toolbar in filmstrip layout (layouts 9 and 10), the filmstrip is only shifted to the top of its window.

Purpose:
It was not my goal to implement all ExifTool options into GUI, but only those which I need most often. ExifToolGUI isn't (and can't be) DAM replacement. Even I use GUI as my main tagging tool, it's purpose is: examine, rescue and change image metadata.

Pierre, please try one of the following command line arguments for UPX:
--compress-icons=0
Don't compress any icons.

--compress-icons=1
Compress all but the first icon.

--compress-icons=2
Compress all icons which are not in the first icon directory. [DEFAULT]
