Shortcut sequence can't be loaded

I've changed a cmd_useToolbar from the default to a sequence of two keys: A, A

This works before I restart the app, but after the restart, the old shortcut remains, and the menu doesn't show the new one. Although the default.keys file still contains this shortcut. It seems as though there is something wrong with parsing this format of key sequence and it's simply discarded?

yes currently multiple keys doesn't work

however, its better to rework this functionality from sequential to multiple shortcuts
