1.9.4: Rating & category metadata not written to JXL file

XnView: MP 1.9.4 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 10 - 64-bit

XnView does not write Rating & Category metadata to JXL file (In Settings -> Metadata - All flags under column "Export" is checked)

Effect: XMP & IPTC metadata does not change

To reproduce:
1. Select image file (JXL format).
2. Choose category or rating.
Actual behaviour (bug): XnView does not write Rating & Category metadata to JXL file

Expected behaviour: Rating & Category metadata should be written to XMP & IPTC tags.

No, but currently there is no lossless change of metadata for jxl, i'll add it
