Files get copied instead of moved when thumbnails are moved to the end of the last file

OS: Windows 11

Effect: <Thumbnails get copied when moving thumbnails to the end of the last file>

To reproduce:
1. <change view as thumbnail and filenames>
2. <move an image and place it before the last the image in the list; no copy is created>
3. <move an image and after the last the image in the list; a copy of the image is created>
Actual behavior (bug): <a copy of the file is created>

Expected behavior: <Thumbnail/file should be moved to the end, and no copy is created>

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.9.6. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
